We ship worldwide to most countries! Currently we cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact us before ordering.

We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 via DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch with tracking
- Free Shipping (via EMS on orders $50+): 15-25 business days after dispatch
Will I need to pay customs fees?

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your Velisse pieces as much as we do! You have 15 days from delivery to initiate returns if needed. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Please email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which items you’d like to return. We’ll provide return instructions and address.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we don’t offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the correct size or style, then returning the original item for a refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. International returns may take additional time to process through customs.

How should I care for my Velisse intimates?
To maintain the luxurious feel of your pieces:

How do I know my correct size?
We provide detailed sizing charts for each product category. For bras, measure your band size (under bust) and cup size (fullest part of bust) to find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, our Bra Packs let you try multiple sizes at a discounted rate.
Do your swimwear styles run true to size?
Our swimwear is designed to fit similarly to our lingerie. If you’re comfortable in a particular bra size, the corresponding swim top should fit well. Our Swim Bottoms come in standard S/M/L sizing with stretch for comfort.
