We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • Final sale items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for swimwear bottoms, briefs, or any “Build Your Own Underwear Pack” items.
  • Customized items: Any personalized or made-to-order pieces from our “Build Your Own Underwear Pack” collection are final sale.
  • Hygiene considerations: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel that shows signs of wear or has been removed from its original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items: Carefully pack the unworn, unwashed items with original tags in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns center at:

    Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
  • International returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability). Please note:

  • Exchanges are processed after we receive your original item.
  • If the item you’re exchanging for is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.
